From the Counter Book
to Robincig

Robincig grew from the traditions of a British high-street tobacconist, where familiar faces returned to the same counter, regular customers had their favourite brands, and orders were recorded in a handwritten book.

As the years passed, our way of doing business began to change. Telephone orders, reserved stock and requests from customers beyond the local area gradually became part of our everyday routine.

What started with a counter and an order book eventually developed into Robincig.co.uk — a modern online store built upon the traditions of personal service, product knowledge and straightforward customer care.
